About the Role: We are expanding our footprint across Punjab and are looking for energetic, field-based team members to help us grow! As a Field Operations Executive, you will be the face of 360 Street View Group. You will travel across the state to meet directly with local business owners, real estate developers, and hospitality leaders to show them how our 360° virtual tours and digital mapping solutions can boost their online presence.

What You Will Do:

  • Field Visits: Travel across the Punjab region to meet face-to-face with potential clients and local businesses.

  • Product Demonstrations: Show businesses the value of having a 360° virtual tour and an updated online presence.

  • Relationship Building: Build friendly, long-lasting relationships with local business owners.

  • Market Research: Use your internet surfing skills to find new leads and businesses in your assigned cities.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: No prior experience required! Freshers who are eager to learn and grow are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good internet surfing skills are a must.

  • Road Warrior: A strong willingness to travel extensively across Punjab (having a valid driver’s license and a personal two-wheeler/vehicle is highly preferred).

  • Local Expertise: A good understanding of the local Punjab market. Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi is essential (basic English is a plus).

  • Tech-Savvy (The Basics): You don’t need to be an IT expert—just comfortable using a smartphone/computer and willing to learn about Google Business Profiles and our 360° technology.

  • Communication: Confidence to walk into a business, introduce yourself, and clearly explain what we do.
